Mindi Hansen was a family law litigator primarily working in divorce and custody matters for more than twelve years before transitioning her practice to mediation and estate planning. She is a Utah State Court-Rostered Master Mediator.

Mindi has been involved in high conflict family law actions since 2010. Through Mindi’s experience as a family law litigator, she found that mediation can be a much more effective, less expensive, and less contentious format to resolve these difficult family disputes. Mindi enjoys being able to use her experience to help parties find a creative resolution outside of litigation.

Mindi mediates all types of family law issues (i.e. divorce, modifications, parent-time, custody, financial issues, contempt, etc.), and probate and trust matters. As a neutral mediator, Mindi can also prepare QDROs you may need to divide retirement.

Mindi also enjoys helping families to create an estate plan to ensure that their assets will be passed on to their children and family members in the way that they want them to be.

Office Manager

Jeff grew up traveling the world in an Air Force family, graduating from the American Embassy School in Delhi, India.

Following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps, he served 24 years wearing Air Force Blue, with assignments in Germany, Italy, Guam, several U.S. states, and deployments to the Middle East.

Upon retirement from the military in 2014, he taught high school science for seven years (Earth Science & Astronomy) in one of Utah’s largest high schools, where he expanded the Astro program to become one of the finest in the state.

When Jeff is not making sure that Hansen Legal Solutions is running smoothly, he is busy writing the next book in his published series: Mars High School.
